From the Los Olivos District of Santa Barbara County, this white blend by Âmevive features Rhône varieties (Marsanne, Viognier, Roussanne) co-fermented from the Tagabelle Vineyard—a site known for sandy loam and gravel soils with strong coastal influence. Farmed regeneratively, with native yeasts and neutral barrels, it’s built for clarity, texture and calm power.

Tasting Notes
Pale gold with a slight green tint. On the nose: white peach, orange blossom, stone fruit and a whisper of honey. The palate is textural yet vibrant—bright acidity, chalky minerality, mid-palate richness and a gently lingering finish of warm baking spice and saline lift.

Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with lemon-herb grilled shrimp or a citrus-zested seafood salad — the wine’s acidity and texture match fresh coastal flavours. For a fun twist, serve alongside creamy goat cheese tartlets with zucchini ribbons and mint; the wine’s fruit and lift contrast richly with the creamy layer and fresh herbs.
