A village-level wine from San Martín de Valdeiglesias in the Sierra de Gredos, made almost entirely from Garnacha (about 90%) with a touch of local varieties. The vineyards live between 650–850 meters on granite and sandy soils. After hand harvest, the grapes are macerated with stems, fermented in French oak vats and stainless steel, then aged 15 months on lees in foudres, oak, and concrete vats.

Tasting Notes
Bright red cherry and wild strawberry take center stage, layered with herbal notes of thyme and Mediterranean scrub, and hints of cracked pepper and red plum. The palate is medium-bodied and vibrant, with fine tannins, juicy acidity, and a mineral backbone. A subtle spicy undertone and floral perfume linger on the finish.

Food Pairing
This wine shines with grilled pork tenderloin with rosemary and garlic—its fruit and herb tones echo the meat’s seasoning, while its structure holds up. It’s also delicious with a chorizo and red pepper flatbread: the spice and char heighten the wine’s savory side without overpowering its elegance.
