A natural, low-intervention red from the Columbia Gorge straddling Oregon and Washington, made from Sangiovese, Merlot, and a small touch of Syrah. Farmed sustainably and fermented with native yeasts, it’s aged in neutral oak to preserve freshness and purity. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur for a vibrant, unpolished expression of the region.

Tasting Notes
Bright cherry and raspberry lead on the nose, layered with hints of dried herbs, rose petals, and a subtle earthy undertone. On the palate, juicy red fruit is framed by gentle tannins and a lively acidity that keeps the wine energetic. Soft spice and a whisper of forest floor linger on a smooth, medium-length finish.

Food Pairings
This is a flexible red that thrives with casual, flavorful fare. Try it with grilled sausages and peppers for a backyard cookout match, or with a mushroom and caramelized onion pizza where the earthy notes find their echo. For something more indulgent, pair it with BBQ pork sliders—the wine’s brightness and gentle structure cut through the smoky richness beautifully.
