One of the biggest inspirations behind the Railsback Frerés project is the old style of rosé produced at the legendary Domaine Tempier of Bandol in the South of France. All three Mediterranean varieties harvested for this rosé were harvested in 2021. After quietly resting for six months in neutral Burgundy barrels then left to develop over the winter, Les Rascasses is lively, floral and bright. This wine is sure to over deliver on the table this weekend at Meadowlark.
