Arbikie Nadar Gin

From Scotland’s Arbikie Highland Estate comes Nàdar, the world’s first climate-positive gin. Its name, Gaelic for “nature,” reflects both inspiration and intent: the gin is distilled entirely from peas grown on the estate’s farm. By using peas instead of conventional cereals, Arbikie eliminates the need for nitrogen fertilizers — one of agriculture’s major contributors to greenhouse gas emissions. Tasting Notes
Zesty lemon and lime lift the nose, softened by fresh lemongrass and anchored by classic juniper. The palate is crisp and clean with a subtle green earthiness, closing on a dry, refreshing finish.
