Arbikie Nadar Gin
From Scotland’s Arbikie Highland Estate comes Nàdar, the world’s first climate-positive gin. Its name, Gaelic for “nature,” reflects both inspiration and intent: the gin is distilled entirely from peas grown on the estate’s farm. By using peas instead of conventional cereals, Arbikie eliminates the need for nitrogen fertilizers — one of agriculture’s major contributors to greenhouse gas emissions. Every step, from sowing to distillation, is handled on site, creating a true “field-to-bottle” spirit. Nàdar represents not just a gin, but a blueprint for how traditional craft can meet innovation and sustainability head-on.
Tasting Notes
Zesty lemon and lime lift the nose, softened by fresh lemongrass and anchored by classic juniper. The palate is crisp and clean with a subtle green earthiness, closing on a dry, refreshing finish.
Serving Suggestion
Mix into a gin & tonic with fresh citrus or highlight its brightness in a Southside or Gimlet.
