The backbone of this delicious Rose is old vine Cinsault, grown on sandstone soils. It is blended with 20% Grenache and 10% Syrah to add color and aromatics to the wine. They harvest their grapes and collect only the free run juices (no hard press juice to avoid astringent tannins) and allow them to naturally settle out any sediment in tank. The result is a wine that displays a copper river salmon color in the bottle. You'll love the delicately fleshed nose of wild black cherry, raspberry, red currants, cherry blossom and watermelon.
