A refreshing, organic Loire Valley rosé from a collaborative project of winemaking friends. Made from 60% Grolleau and 40% Gamay, it’s direct-pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfur.

Tasting Notes
Bright salmon-pink in the glass with aromas of strawberry, red currant, and a touch of citrus zest. Crisp, light, and juicy on the palate, with refreshing acidity and a clean, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairings
Perfect with a chilled shrimp cocktail, where the wine’s bright acidity balances briny sweetness. Also great alongside a tomato and burrata salad, letting its red fruit and citrus notes enhance the salad’s fresh, creamy flavors.
