Bodega Maranones '30,000' Maravedies 2022

The mosaic of vineyards and wines of Bodega Marañones reflect the appreciation of the appellation's history. A heritage filled with castles and monasteries, stories of kings, and commoners, tales that hold lessons around the journey of a land, its people and wine. A past that contributes to the region's authentic representation in today's vintages.

The 30,000 Maravedíes name comes from the price paid to buy the whole region from the monks who fostered the cultivation of the vines. This is a village wine produced from 90% Garnacha and 10% local grapes.  The grapes are harvested from different plots: Dehesa, Vista Alegre, Manzanillo and Marañones.

This wine delivers a structure led by the minerality, followed by floral aromas, length, and a basket of red fruit.
