Winemaker John Grochau lives by the motto “Don’t screw it up.” This wine is a blend from roughly 8–11 sustainably farmed vineyards across the valley. Grapes are fully destemmed, fermented on native yeasts in stainless tanks, and matured for about 9 months in mostly neutral French oak (10% new, 90% used), with a touch of stainless and concrete to maintain freshness

Tasting Notes:
Bright and juicy with aromas of Bing cherry, kirsch, lavender, and violet. On the palate, expect tart red berry flavors, cola, baking spices, and earthy hints, polished by juicy acidity and smooth, fine-grained tannins

Food Pairing:
This Pinot is perfect alongside a mushroom and goat cheese flatbread—the earthy, creamy combo highlights the wine’s fresh red fruit and spice. Feel like treating it like a weekday hero? Grilled salmon tacos with cabbage slaw bring out the wine’s juicy acidity and floral notes in the best way.
