Crafted by Companyia Vitícola Sileo, this red blend hails from organically farmed vineyards around Cornudella de Montsant. Comprising 90% Grenache and 10% Carignan, the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented using native yeasts. Aged in a mix of used French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, the wine is bottled with minimal intervention, showcasing the purity of the fruit.
