Using all three of the main Champagne varieties, fruit for this comes from all the Premier Cru villages they work with. Most of the wine comes from 2017 with the other 40% coming from other vintages. Their wine ages for a minimum four years on its lees before it’s released. ‘Enfant de la Montagne’ translates to ‘Child of the Mountain.’
