Champagne Bereche et Fils Brut Reserve
Crafted by brothers Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, this grower Champagne is a non-vintage blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from premier cru vineyards around Ludes. Fermented with native yeasts and aged on the lees for over 24 months in a mix of oak and stainless steel, it's a bottle that balances precision and generosity without heavy-handed manipulation.
Tasting Notes:
Bright orchard fruit, lemon zest, toasted brioche, and a hint of almond. Fine bubbles and brisk acidity lead to a mineral finish that’s equal parts elegant and energetic.
Food Pairing:
Start classic with a slice of jambon-beurre on fresh baguette — the kind you’d eat on a sunny bench in Reims. For a cheekier angle? Fried chicken and potato chips are a bubble-loving duo that turns snack time into a celebration.
