Domaine Du Pelican Cuvee Brut S° 2020

It was 2007 when Burgundy icon Guillaume d’Angerville blind tasted a Tissot Arbois Chardonnay he was wowed. He was so inspired by this wine that he dove into adventure to discover his own slice of this region. Just five years later he had found his perfect location of vineyards in the Jura, and Domaine du Pélican was born. They have already gained a steady following, resulting in allocation for these special wines of distinction and character. The Domaine du Pelican team practices strictly biodynamic viticultural techniques with manual harvests for each vintage. 

As the flagship white grape of the Jura, Savagnin enjoys pride of place in the vineyards of Domaine du Pelican, representing the majority of the plantings (60%). Intriguing and elegant wine boasting minerality, toast, lemon curd, quince and apple with a earthy savoriness unique to Jura.
