Lucky Dog Sake

Brewed in Hyōgo Prefecture—Japan’s historical heartland of sake-making—by Oka Brewery under the “Maneki Wanko” (Lucky Dog) label, this sake uses Hyōgo’s celebrated Miyamizu spring water. The name is a playful twist on "Maneki Neko" (lucky cat), swapping in “Wanko” (dog) for a whimsical charm.

Slightly soft and exceptionally light—not overly sweet or dry—with a creamy, smooth texture that’s easy to drink. It offers a balanced profile rich in subtle flavor and character, making it delightfully approachable. Additional tasting highlights include a fruity, grainy nose, and a smooth finish with lingering melon hints.
