This represents consistent value in everyday white Burgundy, with lovely, sunny ripe apple aromas, an approachable, supple texture and a natural elegance and balance on the palate. The wine is based on young vines in Viré (80% of the blend) along with the end of the press cycles from Bussières and Pierreclos that provide density; everything is fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain purity of fruit.
