Riff Pinot Grigio

Riff Pinot Grigio 2023 is a dry, organic Pinot Grigio from the Delle Venezie DOC in northeastern Italy, crafted under the Riff label by the Alois Lageder team. Sourced from multiple vineyards in the Veneto and Trentino–Alto Adige foothills, with soils rich in fossilized dolomite and limestone, it’s cold-fermented and aged on the fine lees in stainless steel for about 4 months, then bottled brisk and unfiltered, at around 12.5% ABV 

Tasting Notes
Pours a brilliant straw-yellow with a subtle green tint. On the nose, expect forward, fine aromas of green apple, pear, citrus zest, and white flowers. The palate is lively and precise—medium-bodied, crisp acidity balanced by clean fruit flavors and a subtle chalky minerality that delivers a mouth-watering finish. It’s dry, clean, and refreshingly elegant, making it an easy sipper

Think U.S.-friendly and fresh: this wine is a natural with a classic Caesar salad topped with grilled shrimp (or chicken if you're keeping it local).
