Crafted by Altos Las Hormigas, this Malbec is all about purity and place. Sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and Paraje Altamira in the Uco Valley, the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel before aging for nine months in concrete — no oak, just fruit, soil, and structure.

Tasting Notes:
Bright and lifted with notes of plum, pink peppercorn, crushed herbs, and a whiff of gunpowder. It’s medium-bodied and juicy with fresh acidity, fine tannins, and a mineral-tinged finish that keeps it honest.

Food Pairing:
Naturally, this calls for a proper Argentine asado — grilled short ribs with chimichurri are a perfect match. But it also sings with a mushroom and black olive pizza, or even grilled eggplant with smoky yogurt and herbs. For dessert, go rogue: dark chocolate with sea salt plays surprisingly well with its earthy finish.
