This demi-sweet barrel aged, solera, vermouth is made from skin contact Pinot Grigio, and local grape brandy, and lightly sweetened with local honey from the slopes of Mount Hood. Aromatized with a balance of turmeric, ginger, chamomile, orange peel, and bitter roots, Buona Notte Vermouth is made to be enjoyed on ice accompanied only by an orange peel.
