This Italian white is a crowd pleaser. Drinking this, the first thing that comes to mind is "bright yellow and green." That's not a very helpful descriptor but thats how bright it is! Think pear, lemon, honeydew, lime, green apples, and peaches. Pair this with tinned trout, a bowl of fresh peaches in the summer, or alongside whatever cured meats you have nearby!
