From the importer: Cimarrón Tequila from Atotonilco, Jalisco is distilled from hillside agave grown at 4,620′ elevation. A low-pressure, slow agave roast creates Cimarrón’s bright, forward flavor, and fermentation is entirely natural using winemakers’ yeast.
