Crafted by Josée Vanucci and Fabrice Couloumère on Corsica's eastern coast, this 100% Sciaccarellu wine benefits from the island's unique terroir. The proximity to the Tyrrhenian Sea and the cooling influence of the Castagniccia mountains provide a longer growing season, preserving freshness and acidity in the grapes. Fermented naturally in concrete vats with minimal intervention, the wine showcases the pure expression of the Sciaccarellu grape. 

Tasting Notes:

Light ruby in color, this wine offers an intense aromatic nose with notes of spice, pepper, rose, and red fruit—hallmarks of the Sciaccarellu variety. On the palate, it's elegant and fresh, with a juicy character and a long, spicy finish.
