This Rhône red is the real deal—made from 35–100+ year-old vines grown on a mix of chalky clay and sand. The result? A wine that’s deep, textured, and bursting with bright red fruit, plus those wild “garrigue” aromatics (think rosemary, thyme, and lavender).

Winemaker Jean-Paul Versino keeps it super traditional: organic farming, hand-harvested grapes, natural fermentation in concrete, and aging in big old barrels. No filtering, barely any sulfur. It’s rustic, elegant, and full of character—like natural wine’s classy French cousin. Drink it alongside roast chicken or lamb, garden fresh ratatouille, or a log of goat cheese.
