The Poulsard parcels are located in Arbois and in Montigny-les-Arsures. Their age varies between 25 and 60 years, and they grow on marly and sometimes sandy limestone soils. First produced in 2015, it is made entirely from the Poulsard vineyards previously owned by Jacques Puffeney.

The 2023 vintage brings added freshness and finesse. Grown on limestone and marl soils near Montigny-lès-Arsures and Arbois, the grapes are farmed organically and biodynamically, then fermented with native yeasts and aged in large, neutral oak. The result is a wine of pure red fruit—wild strawberry, rose petal, and cranberry—layered over crushed stone and dried herbs. There’s brightness, but also a soft, earthy core that gives it length and structure.

Unlike many natural-style Poulsards, this bottling is crystalline and clean, free of volatility or funk, but still deeply expressive. It's a red wine for white wine drinkers, Pinot Noir lovers, and Jura explorers alike.

Serve it slightly chilled with charcuterie, mushroom dishes, or roast chicken, and don’t be afraid to age it a few years—it will gain even more savory nuance.
