From rising star Grégoire Hoppenot in the Beaujolais cru of Fleurie, this young-vine Gamay is organically farmed on granite and sand soils, fermented with native yeasts and whole clusters, then aged in concrete. It’s a vibrant and elegant take on Gamay — light in weight, high in charm, and full of terroir-driven detail.

Tasting Notes
Pours a bright ruby red. On the nose: wild raspberry, cherry, rose petals and fresh herbs. The palate is light to medium-bodied with juicy red fruit, subtle spice, gentle tannins and a mineral crunch that keeps things lively. Clean, precise and effortlessly drinkable.

Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with herb-roasted chicken or grilled pork tenderloin with fresh thyme — the wine’s juicy red fruit and subtle peppery lift bring out the dish’s savory herbs. For a fun twist, serve it slightly chilled alongside a mushroom and goat-cheese flatbread — the wine’s lift and freshness cut through the creamy cheese and earth.
