One of Envinate's newer bottlings, the 'La Santa' vineyards can be found in Tacorante Acentejo on the northern part of Tenerife. The plots are mostly comprised of sandy clay over red basalt. The grapes see partial carbonic maceration and are then aged in neural French barrels for about 8 months.
