François le Saint comes from some seriously legendary roots—crafted by Domaine Fouassier, one of Sancerre’s oldest wine families, growing grapes in the Loire Valley since 1749.

This Sauvignon Blanc is the real deal: organic, biodynamic, and made with love from 35-year-old vines grown on a special patch of clay, flint, and marl. It's wild-fermented and totally alive in the glass. On the pallet, think crushed stones, zesty lemon peel, and a pop of green fig—all with fresh, minerality. There’s a soft, creamy touch from time on lees, but the wine still zips and zings all the way to a salty, rock-kissed finish.
