Crafted by Gina Giugni, this Pinot Noir hails from the Mountain Meadow Vineyard, situated at 1,600 feet above Cambria in the San Luis Obispo Coast AVA. The vineyard is dry-farmed and head-trained, emphasizing regenerative and biodynamic practices. The wine underwent 100% whole-cluster fermentation with native yeasts and aged in neutral French oak barrels, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
