From the coastal slopes of Bassi Vineyard near Avila Beach, this co-ferment blends 65% whole-cluster Pinot Gris and 35% destemmed Pinot Noir. The fruit is organically farmed just over a mile from the Pacific, where ocean breezes and sandstone soils bring freshness and edge. Fermented with native yeast and aged in neutral French oak for seven months, the wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfur.

Tasting Notes:
Light-bodied and vibrant, this chillable red offers notes of candied red fruit, crushed pomegranate, white pepper, and dried herbs. Its fresh acidity and subtle complexity make it an easy-drinking wine with a touch of coastal charm.

Food Pairing:
Serve it with grilled trout, herby roast chicken, or a fresh beet and goat cheese salad. Or lean into its chillable charm with a plate of duck confit over lentils — high-low harmony in every sip.
