3-week maceration of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay.

Juicy, refreshing, bringing out aromas and flavors of cantaloupe, ripe strawberry, peach and guava. Low acidity, light tannins and so drinkable.

This wine is all free-run juice, without the addition of sulfur.
